Step 1. Inquiry Form

Our inquiry form is below. Be as thorough as possible and make sure to include inspiration photos. They help us determine your style and overall mood for the event. We will use this information to calculate the estimated cost of your floral vision.

Step 2. Schedule a Call.

You will be directed to schedule an Introduction Consultation. During this phone call, we will answer your questions, walk you through our design and wedding day process, and give you the estimated cost of your vision and alternate estimates, if applicable. This phone call usually takes 30 minutes.

Step 3. Book us! Sign contract; pay retainer.

Once you decide that we are the perfect choice to create your event florals, we will email our contract and an invoice for the retainer installment.

Set 4. Receive Your Custom Floral Proposal

After booking, you will receive a customized floral proposal that will include your floral recipe, color story, a breakdown of the design with a full description of each floral piece and inspiration photos to illustrate the style, texture and size, the price breakdown and any relevant details.

We will also invite your to schedule a call, if you’d like, to further discuss design components and answer any questions. This call usually takes 30-45 minutes.

Step 5. Final Consultation Phone Call

Although the lines of communication are open at all times, we require a Final Consultation phone call 21 days before your event date. At this point, your design will be finalized. Be prepared to spend anywhere between 1.5 - 2 hours on this call.
